Small and marginal farmers receive the largest subsidy of up to 60% under the Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojana, which provides financial support ranging from 45% to 60% of the total cost of constructing micro-irrigation systems like drip and sprinkler. Depending on state regulations, farmers in other categories may get subsidies of between 45% and 50%.
